We just closed on a short sale we’ve been working since June of this year. The listing is on Wheats Way in Manassas Park and the homeowner bought in 2006 for $314,000. We listed the home comparable to the neighborhood at a price of $149,900.  The lender was originally EMC, but was transferred mid-process to Chase and we had to start all over.
