Nationstar Short Sale Approved in Culpeper, VA – 2nd Trust Also Approved by Bank of America

We’re getting closer to closing this short sale on Tutts Mill in Culpeper, VA. The 1st trust is with Nationstar and the 2nd is with Bank of America.
