Our seller bought in 2004 for $226,000, but he was forced to sell in the current market on Friday for $159,000. Lender was Bank of America and we went through numerous approvals and extensions, but finally got to closing with B of A with them agreeing to waive all rights to unpaid balance (deficiency waiver).
